Had breakfast..Service was Ok. But Food was not good. And very overpriced. Should have judged by the empty restaurant. We are traveling, so probably wont be back through. So skip this exit and find another option. MCDONALD'S would have been a better options for a 1/4 of the price.

I love the food and pricess are good

Bad service, bad food, waitress had yelling match with owner who told her if she could leave and she said I could but you all need me more than I need you and that ended the yelling.

There is no place in Tallahassee that offers this quality of country cooking! Daily specials along with very good selection of vegetables. Also good selection of sandwich items and home made desserts. Very friendly service staff!

Quaint, little breakfast spot with friendly staff and very good food. Inexpensive too. I'm very glad that it's only a few minutes from our house!

It was good... We had a large group and service went pretty well considering... My only "beef"... The hamburger buns was quite a bit larger than the Patty... A lot more bread than meat....

We arrived at 145 pm and they were closing at 2 when I told them we would go somewhere else they said absolutely not and welcomed us with open arms....the food was absolutely delicious and very inexpensive....the staff was very friendly and we had alot of fun joking around with them....I would absolutely recommend this place....thank you for a wonderful experience

Loved this Diner! We were traveling thru and saw a sign for Ruby's diner so we tried it. Boy were we happy we did! We were able to get real down home cooking and it tasted wonderful!!! The diner is very small and it only serves breakfast and lunch . The place was packed and the people kept coming and going the whole time we were there. Their menu was large and so were their portions! My husband had meatloaf with sweet potato casserole and green beans with bacon. He said it was delicious! I had liver and onions with buttered corn bread. The food was so good! We had to take half of both of ours home along with fresh homemade peach cobbler!!! I wish we could have taken the restaurant home too!! The restaurant seemed to be a place where a lot of the locals frequent daily. A definate place to try for yourself!

We have had breakfast there a number of times in the last few months. The food is pretty standard fare (we usually have scrambled eggs, bacon, and grits or hash browns), but the service is excellent and the food quality and preparation are consistently good. The decor is homey, but well-kept.

Back for second time. Solidly good country cooking. Clean place with friendly, attentive staff.Gotta go to read the plaque in the women's restroom!

We found this restaurant as we were leaving Florida and heading back home to Texas. Excellent food made from scratch and excellent service. The waitresses were very friendly and cordial. Very affordable meal for a family of 4.

It is a delightful little restaurant with typical American food. It is out of the way and you have to know where it is, but you will get delicious food and excellent service.

I'm not a home cooking kinda girl but if I were I would eat here. I'm giving it a 5 star rating because it has great southern home cooking food and the staff is very attentive. I'm never really looking for this kind of cuisine but my omelet was awesome and the rest of my family who is looking for southern home cooking was very happy!

Ruby's is a real gem. Any time we are in the area we will be stopping here.I had the daily special and husband had a cheeseburger both were delicious. It's just off of I-10 definitely worth a stop
